Having the opportunity to come together in stillness and movement at IMC is one of our many blessings. We will play with a variety of yoga poses to focus and calm the mind, enhance breath and overall awareness, and invite our bodies to experience a full range of movement. The morning is appropriate for both beginners and experienced yogis. Everyone is participates in accordance with their own needs and abilities. As always in our classes at IMC, we let go of ideas of what we should or shouldn’t be able to do, appreciating ourselves as we are, right now. Led by Terry Lesser, who has been teaching weekly classes and retreats at IMC since 1995. Yoga mats are available or bring your own. A large towel is helpful to bring.
