This is an opportunity to take an Intro course with five weekly personal mentoring support meetings using Zoom, Skype, phone or email with experienced meditators.

The course is based on Gil Fronsdal’s 9 part pre-recorded video series above with additional email teachings and written material.  Application is required for mentoring, simple registration to audit the course without mentoring.

NOTE: personal mentoring slots are now full.  We will be offering weekly drop-in Zoom support sessions open to all registrants.  Please register to receive course materials and that zoom link.
