IMC spiritual support for those with COVID-19

IMC members who are trained as professional chaplains (spiritual care providers in hospitals, hospices, etc,) are available by phone or Zoom to offer spiritual care to people connected to IMC and IRC who have COVID-19 or who have a loved one that has it. YouTube 7 a.m. Meditation and Short Talks with Gil

Each weekday morning Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. Gil Fronsdal offers a thirty-minute meditation and a fifteen-minute Dharma talk. The meditation begins with a period of guided meditation. These are available on YouTube here.  Each week focuses on a different foundation of Buddhist Practice, with each day discussing a different aspect of the week’s theme. Diana Clark will be teaching July 20 to 24.

Currently, all our programs are offered on either YouTube and Zoom.    IMC has a YouTube channel called “Insightmeditationcenter” where video recordings are archived.  This channel is where you can find live video broadcasts of Dharma talks here (on YouTube) or here (on IMC’s website).
