New Community Discussions after Sunday Sit and Talk

On most Sundays after June 14 and through July one of the IMC Dharma Leaders will host a 30-minute “Teacher-Led Community Discussion” offering a chance to meet with an IMC teacher and other community members.  It will include a 15-minute break out session where small groups of 4 or 5 can share community and discuss topics from the morning’s talk. Each weekday morning Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. Gil Fronsdal offers a thirty-minute meditation and a fifteen-minute Dharma talk. The meditation begins with a period of guided meditation. These are available on YouTube here.  Each week focuses on a different foundation of Buddhist Practice, with each day discussing a different aspect of the week’s theme. IMC spiritual support for those with COVID-19

IMC spiritual support for those with COVID-19

IMC members who are trained as professional chaplains (spiritual care providers in hospitals, hospices, etc,) are available by phone or Zoom to offer spiritual care to people connected to IMC and IRC who have COVID-19 or who have a loved one that has it. This offering is extended to our IMC and IRC community, both locally and remotely. If you are interested in having an IMC chaplain contact you please email IMCChaplains@gmail.com
