New Series: Establishing a Mindfulness Practice starts Thursday February 9, 2023

Three Thursdays: February 9 – 23, 2023 6:30 – 800pm
In-person only at IMC

In this class, we provide a brief introduction to some foundational teachings of the Buddha, guidance, and skillful tips to support you in establishing or deepening your mindfulness practice. 

Classes will include guided meditation, dharma talks, and group discussions. These are  rich opportunities to ask questions of teachers and to relate with other sangha members. Classes are appropriate for beginners as well as those with more experience who want support or to inspire practice.

Current requirements for attending in person include being fully vaccinated and boosted and wearing an N95 mask.
