A compass helps us orient and find the way to where we want to go. In the same way, when we understand our experience from the point of view of the Four Noble Truths, these truths can help us orient and find the way toward freedom and away from suffering (dukkha). Classes will include guided meditation, dharma talks, and group discussions. These are rich opportunities to ask questions of teachers and to relate with other sangha members. Please join us. Classes are appropriate for beginners as well as those with more experience who want support or to inspire practice. IMC is committed to the health and safety of everyone. Therefore, current requirements for attending in person include being fully vaccinated and boosted and wearing an N95/KN95 mask.
