This is IMC’s basic instructions in Insight Meditation taught sequentially, starting with mindfulness of breathing, followed by mindfulness of the body, emotions, and thinking, then application of mindfulness in daily life. Mindfulness a foundation stone for the practice taught at IMC.  No pre-registration is necessary.  If you don’t have the free “basic” Zoom app on your device, please download it.  Please also join between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. on the first day (Monday, March 30) to ensure a good web connection and to introduce yourself.
