Yoga

Buddhism and yoga share the intention of training the body, mind and heart in awareness, wisdom and compassion. Hatha yoga is a meditation practice in its own right, and it is also a beneficial preparation for seated meditation. Yoga helps focus and calm the mind, enhances breath and overall body awareness, and develops the physical flexibility and strength which help us to sit in meditation with greater ease.

IMC's yoga classes are taught by Terry Lesser. Suitable for all levels. Bring a large towel and sticky mat, if you have one.
