Half-Day Retreat – Morning of Yoga and Meditation

January 6, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

After the busyness of the holidays, this mini-retreat offers a quiet and supportive place where we can slow down, connect with our bodies, and reflect on our intentions for the coming year. We will alternate our mindfulness practice between the movement of yoga and the stillness of seated meditation. The retreat is appropriate for both beginners and experienced yogis.You do not have to be flexible to do yoga or have a particular body type; you need only be as you are. Seated meditation will be both guided and silent. No experience is necessary. Bring a towel. Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own.
